At Nourish & Recover, your health and satisfaction are at the heart of what we do. If you’re not completely happy with your first Synergy product purchase, we’re here to help.

90-Day First Order Guarantee

• If you’re trying our products for the first time and aren’t satisfied, you can return them within 90 days of your first order—even if the product is opened or partially used.

• This guarantee is valid for first-time retail customers only and applies to one opened product per order.

Standard Returns

• Any unopened and unused products may be returned within 90 days of delivery of your first order for a full refund (excluding shipping). 

• Unopened or unused products in future subscription orders may not be returned unless defective.

• Items must be in original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please notify us within 5 days of receiving it. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.
